أقدم المدعو “ج.ح” على إطلاق النّار في الهواء من سلاح حربي في منطقة باب الرمل- طرابلس بعد توقيف ابنه من قبل الأجهزة الأمنيّة واقتياده إلى التّحقيق.
على إثرها قامت قوّة من الجيش بتطويق المنطقة والبحث عن مطلق النّار الذي فرّ إلى جهة مجهولة.
